Our Services
GeauxPro Air provides HVAC services including but not limited to:
- Air conditioning repair and maintenance

- Heating system services
- Ductwork installation and repair
- Attic insulation services
- HVAC urgent repairs
We serve Northern Austin including Leander, Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, and surrounding areas.
Service Appointments and Scheduling
Scheduling
Service appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or via email. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival time window.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Access Requirements
You must provide safe and reasonable access to your HVAC system and related equipment. If access is denied or unsafe conditions exist, we reserve the right to reschedule the service.
Pricing and Payment
Estimates and Quotes
We provide free estimates for most services. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service. Any significant price changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Financing options are available for qualified customers.
Weekend Service
Weekend or holiday service calls may be subject to standard scheduling availability.
Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
Equipment Warranties
New equipment installations come with manufacturer warranties. We will provide warranty information and assist with warranty claims as needed.
Parts and Labor
Parts and labor warranties vary by service type. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing with your service invoice.
Limitation of Liability
GeauxPro Air is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to:

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by improper maintenance, acts of nature, or conditions beyond our reasonable control.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:

- Ensure safe access to equipment and work areas
- Secure pets and remove obstacles before our arrival
- Notify us of any hazardous conditions (asbestos, mold, etc.)
- Make timely payment for services rendered
- Follow recommended maintenance schedules

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GeauxPro Air and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Dispute Resolution
